    CEO & FOUNDER

    Joshua Batman serves as Chief Executive Officer of High Kingdom Corporation, a venture co-founded with his father to build wealth and give back through strategic investments in digital and real assets. Drawing on a lifetime of experience in finance, digital asset investing, and real estate, Joshua leads the company in creating a diversified portfolio, donating 10% of profits to charitable organizations locally and globally, and acting as stewards of wealth for humanity’s awakening.

    As CEO of Hauscraft, a firm he co-founded with architect Joseph Wheeler, Joshua drives innovative architectural design and oversees construction as a licensed Class A contractor. His career includes executing $20M in development projects with his family’s business and co-founding Stony Point Development Group, where he led $200M in real estate investments, including Dairy Market and Tenth & Dairy Apartments.

    Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Virginia Tech, where he contributed to the 2018 Solar Decathlon Middle East-winning FutureHaus program. He has earned multiple AIA awards and was named the National Association of Homebuilders Young Building Professional of the Year for Region A twice.

    Joshua is also active in the community, serving on the Piedmont Community Land Trust board and as a member of the Charlottesville Urban Land Institute, American Institute of Architects, and Blue Ridge Home Builder’s Association.

    PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

    Stephen Scorgie serves as President of High Kingdom Corporation, a venture co-founded with his son, Joshua Batman, dedicated to building wealth and giving back through strategic investments in digital and real assets. With over 40 years of expertise in real estate finance and capital markets, Stephen drives the company’s financial strategy, leveraging his extensive experience to create a diversified portfolio. He leads High Kingdom’s mission to donate 10% of profits to charitable organizations locally and globally, acting as stewards of wealth for humanity’s awakening to the Light of God.

    Before High Kingdom, Stephen was Managing Director and Head of The Carlton Group’s Florida office for 20 years, securing billions in debt and equity financing for diverse real estate projects. He also bought and traded loans and REO as a principal and advised major financial institutions on loan sales. Prior to Carlton, Stephen served as a Director at Ocwen Financial, where he founded the small commercial distressed loan division and later led business development, contributing to Ocwen’s position as the largest buyer of distressed commercial and residential loans.

    Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Deeply engaged in his community, he is an active member of his church, contributing to local outreach efforts. In his free time, Stephen enjoys boating with his son, Joshua, fostering their shared passion for adventure and connection.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Melissa Milhous has over two decades of experience in development and construction finance including accounting, payroll, budgeting, invoicing and cashflow projections.

    Loving to capture and create beauty, she was a wedding photographer for many years and now loves architectural photography. With her spare time, she volunteers as a CASA, a Court Appointed State Advocate, advocating for children in foster care in Virginia.

    Melissa has a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
